Headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area, with an operations office in Dayton, Ohio, JTI is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) that provides professional management/technical support services in:

• Facility Management and Base Operations Support
• Multi-Disciplined Engineering and Technical Support Services

JTI is also developing a composite structural products manufacturing capability for the aerospace industry in conjunction with our teaming partner, V System Composites (VSC), a DR Technologies company, of Anaheim, California. JTI’s focus in this new business area is to provide the military and aerospace industry prime contractors with a qualified, African-American owned, SBA certified SDB that has the experience and capability to provide manufactured composite structural products. VSC designs, manufactures, and assembles structural components using fiber-reinforced polymer matrix composite materials based on proprietary and patent-pending design and manufacturing processes. VSC has partnered with JTI to develop JTI’s composite structural products manufacturing skills as a minority provider.
